Lake Houston Area Nature Club : For nature lovers. Meet at 7pm the first Wednesday of the month from September through May at the Trailwood Village Pool/Community Room Center (Take Kingwood Dr.  to Woodland Hills Dr., turn south on Woodland Hills Dr. then turn right on Running Springs and follow it around to the pool parking lot).

Kingwood Garden Club : For gardening lovers. Meet at 9 am the first Tuesday of each Month from September through May  at the Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd, 2929 Woodland Hills Drive in Kingwood.  

Lake Houston Garden Club
: The group meet at the same place as the Kingwood Garden Club, on the 2nd Monday of each month at 7 PM.  They have lots of programs on composting, organic gardening, and the like.
